Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing Brag Interactive, Inc., doing business as DFW AI, you agree to be bound by these terms.

§ 01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using DFW AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

§ 02

SMS messaging terms & compliance

Program name

DFW AI SMS Program

1. Program description

The DFW AI SMS Program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with DFW AI through our website at dfwai.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include appointment notifications and customer inquiry follow-ups.

2. Cancellation instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support information

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@dfwai.com or call 817-214-3092 during business hours.

4. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. Age restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

8. Privacy policy

For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Compliance: We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

§ 03

Data usage

We only access your data to provide our dashboard and analytics services. We do not:

  • Mine or analyze your data for any purpose other than providing our service
  • Share your data with third parties
  • Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Store your data longer than necessary to provide our service
§ 04

Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

End-to-end encryption
Secure data transmission with TLS/SSL
Secure storage
Encryption at rest for stored data
Regular audits
Ongoing security audits and updates
Access controls
Strict authentication and authorization
§ 05

Service availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

Notice: We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned maintenance that may affect your access to our services.

§ 06

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Data retention: Some data may be retained in backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion from active systems, as part of our disaster recovery procedures.

§ 07

Limitation of liability

DFW AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Third-party actions or content

Maximum liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

§ 08

No refunds

All fees and charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you cancel, downgrade, or terminate your account, you will not receive a refund or credit for any partial billing periods or unused services.

Note: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

§ 09

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service.

Your continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use of our services.
